I've always been an artist at heart, with my love for pastels blossoming a passion for beautifully blended eyeshadow and vibrant pigments. My expertise encompasses makeup, lively color application balayage, and hand-tied hair extensions. Growing up in Murray, Utah, aunt Susanne introduced me to the beauty world, inspiring me with her dedication even as she bravely battled a malignant brain while mentoring me and helping many women with cancer learn to style their hair and makeup. My journey as a makeup artist led me to expand my skills into hairstyling, often working behind the scenes at weddings, TV productions, and photo shoots collaboration with top photographers and production companies in Salt Lake City and Los Angeles. I've the honor of styling celebrities like Kristin Chenoweth, John Legend, Leslie Mann, and Jonas, with my work showcased in film, commercials, and print across Salt Lake. However, my true passion lies my beautiful salon, Planted Salon, located in the Maven district of downtown Salt Lake City, where I offer cuts, colors, extensions, and makeup services. When I'm not at the salon, I love spending time with my Boston Terrier, Duncan, and my pug, Drago, enjoying Italian or Greek cuisine, watching horror movies, or planning my next getaway with my husband, Chris.
